I was out most of the day today looking for a very rare visitor to Alberta, the Lewis's Woodpecker. It has the Calgary birding community all a buzz. I found it, not because I'm a good birder, but because I spotted the Paparazzi with long lenses all pointed towards a tree. Here's what it was all about........
Since retirement in July 2015, I have taken up photography as a hobby. I take my camera with me most times I am out walking or travelling. I love capturing the moment. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them. I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. To view best quality, click on each picture.
